Some state parliaments have taken advantage of this right and have began passing their own states on «gambling and betting». Thus, a state of affairs has developed in some states, the place the local law «on gambling has not been adopted» and there’s a federal law «The Public Gambling Act» of 1867. At the same time there are states where local parliaments have carried out normative regulation of casinos and organizations conducting betting and other playing.
